From Denton County Judge Eads – Texas Tax Fee Weekend coming

The Texas State Comptroller announced that the Texas Sales Tax Holiday is scheduled for August 11 – 13, 2023. The Sales Tax Holiday will be allowed for items purchased online during the dates set aside for this event.

The Comptroller’s Office has defined the scope of qualifying tax-exempt items while remaining under the $100 per purchase threshold.
