I am very pleased to announce Mark Yarbrough as our new Executive Director for the Denton County Republican Party.
Mark brings a wealth of leadership, experience, strategic vision, and innovation to the DCRP. He has experience in the role, having served as the Executive Director from 2009-2011. During that time, he worked on updating and integrating new technologies and methodologies and expanding the volunteer base. In addition, he streamlined processes, implemented greater levels of checks and balances, and added a deeper layer of transparency to instill trust and engagement.
Mark has been dedicated to public service for many years. His extensive civic leadership and volunteerism span over three decades. Currently, he serves as Commissioner on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Carrollton. He has served in numerous capacities, including Chief Deputy District Clerk for Denton County and District Director for a State Representative.
Mark is well-respected in Denton County for his professionalism and work ethic. He has been married to his wife, Heather, for 18 years, and they have a 15-year old daughter who is a sophomore at Hebron High School.
