New COVID Restrictions ??

I am hearing a lot of talk about a COVID resurgence and fears about additional mandates or even lockdowns. In Texas, that’s not going to happen.

My legislative colleagues and I fought to right the wrongs so many experienced during COVID-19. Ten significant pieces of legislation have led to the increased medical freedom of Texans, greater oversight of state response, removal of unnecessary government mandates, improved access to elderly family members in times of need, and reaffirmed the role religious organizations and places of worship hold in our lives regardless of disaster declarations. Included in this package is an assurance that governments in Texas can never mandate a COVID vaccine.

Texans will never again fall victim to overzealous federal or local government restrictions on our freedoms. If COVID cases spike, take whatever precautions you want for your family, but don’t expect government mandates on anyone else. Never again.
