State Senator Tan Parker: Interstate compact bill to secure border heads to governor’s desk

Great victory for Texas! Senate Bill 1403, which I’ve authored, is now passed! We’re done waiting for the Biden Administration to act. Now, we are DOING something to secure our border. An interstate compact for border enforcement will equip Texas and other participating states with the resources needed to address the shortcomings of existing federal border policy. We won’t let the Biden administration’s failures put our citizens at risk. Texas will continue to lead the way in addressing the Biden Border Crisis.
