Last Wednesday Senator Cornyn was in town to speak to a large gathering of local Chambers of Commerce. He explained the Texas economic phenomenon is because in Texas we do things to attract and help businesses with policies like low tax and light regulation as where in Washington they do the opposite. The Senator covered a variety of Texas industries including technology, defense, airlines, and oil & gas. When asked about the border Senator Cornyn pulled no punches going after the Biden administration and stated the mess they’ve created “is either malpractice or malevolence” … or both.
