A Night to Remember: The 2026 Lincoln Reagan Dinner in Denton County

In January, the Denton County Republican Party hosted what can only be described as one of the most successful and memorable Lincoln Reagan Dinners in recent years. This annual tradition—named in honor of two of America’s most influential Republican presidents, Abraham Lincoln and Ronald Reagan—brought together supporters, leaders, and patriots from across Denton County for an evening of celebration, unity, and purpose.

From the moment guests arrived, the energy in the room was undeniable. The evening was more than just a dinner—it was a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community of committed conservatives comes together to support the principles and people that make Denton County such an important part of Texas.

A Record-Setting Event

This year’s Lincoln Reagan Dinner was truly something special. With outstanding attendance, incredible sponsors, and enthusiastic participation in both the silent auction and live auction, the event raised more funds for the Denton County Republican Party than any Lincoln Reagan Dinner in recent memory.

Those funds didn’t just sit in an account—they immediately went to work supporting conservative victories across the county.

The resources raised during the event played a critical role in preparing for the March elections. Because of the generosity of those in attendance, the party was able to:

  • Print campaign signs across the county
  • Produce flyers and direct voter outreach materials
  • Support local Republican candidates with media and messaging
  • Launch targeted social media campaigns
  • Create multimedia content to energize and inform voters

These efforts helped power the get-out-the-vote operations that contributed to the victories Republicans celebrated in Denton County this March.

More Than Fundraising—Building a Stronger Party

While the fundraising success was remarkable, perhaps the most meaningful outcome of the evening was the renewed sense of unity and camaraderie within the local Republican community.

For many attendees, the night represented something bigger than politics. It was a moment where activists, donors, elected officials, volunteers, and grassroots supporters stood shoulder to shoulder with a shared mission: keeping Denton County strong and leading Texas forward.

That sense of teamwork and momentum is something the Denton County Republican Party hasn’t experienced at this level in years, and it is a testament to the dedication of the people who believe in the work being done here.
